As Chief Operating Officer of Felix Strategies, led the creation of a scalable operational framework—developing SOPs, pricing structures, onboarding/offboarding systems, CRM implementation, and internal workflows that unified company processes across departments. EDUCATION REIMAGINED
As a college professor, redesigned the Networking Administration program to mirror real-world IT and operations environments. Built an “always available” virtual lab using server virtualization and remote access, allowing students to configure, troubleshoot, and manage live systems. Enhanced the curriculum with project-based learning and business-relevant simulations that bridged the gap between academic theory and professional application—preparing graduates for real-world success.
ENTERPRISE MODERNIZATION
Directed the transition of a 750-node network from Microsoft RDS to Citrix and oversaw migration from on-premises Office to Microsoft 365—achieving seamless integration, reduced downtime, and improved performance. Partnered with executive leadership to align technical modernization with operational goals, resulting in a more secure, agile, and scalable enterprise environment that supported sustained organizational growth and team efficiency.
